EAP THROUGH WORKLIFEMATTERS
Sight & Sound offers serveral options for mental health care:
The first is our EAP, provided by WorkLifeMatters, which can help you work through issues like depression, anxiety, stress and much more.
You and your family members have access to 3 confidential counseling sessions.
To get started, call 1-800-395-1616.
You can also find lots of great resources to help you navigate the challenges of life on the WorkLifeMatters website. Visit worklife.uprisehealth.com and enter "worklife" in the access code area.
FAITH-BASED COUNSELING
The other options are faith-based counseling and coaching services. The first counseling option for our Lancaster location is Upward Call Counseling Services. For our Branson location, this option is provided by Pam Hazell with Hazell Christian Counseling & Coaching, LLC or Cody Swearengin with Applied Counseling.
Here are the details:

-
The benefit is for significant circumstances that are affecting the employee and/or family members.
-
You are eligible for 6 appointments at no cost. This is an annual benefit and renews each year.

The other option for both locations is a coaching option called Life Awakening, which may be used for in-person or remote needs.
